Foster Hall on UB's South Campus reopened

Foster Hall on UB's South Campus has reopened after a small chemical reaction occurred in one of the labs. There is no threat to the campus. Roads arounds the building are being reopened. The chemical that reacted is Magnesium Chloride, which is a harmless chemical. One person, a female, has been transported to ECMC for evaluation as a precaution after inhaling the chemical.
