UB Police report attempted robbery, suspect no longer on South Campus

University at Buffalo Police are reporting the attempted robbery with a knife of two women in the Parker lot on the UB South Campus at approximately 12:30 p.m. today (Thursday, Nov. 17). The suspect is described as a 5-foot 6-inch thin-build black male wearing a black and grey patterned ski mask and a light grey zip-up hoodie.  At this time University Police have determined that the suspect is no longer on campus. UB Police have diverted more resources to the South Campus and notified the Buffalo Police Department, who are joining in the search. The suspect left campus through backyards on Winspear Avenue. Anyone who may have seen the suspect is asked to call University Police at 716-645-2227.
