Scott V. Sciuto was arrested Nov. 6 by University Police in connection with the Alumni Arena Public Lewdness incident on October 12, 2017. Mr. Sciuto is a City of Buffalo resident with no affiliation to the University at Buffalo. Mr. Sciuto was charged with:
All three charges are class A misdemeanors and he will be arraigned in Amherst Town Court. In addition to the three criminal charges Mr. Sciuto has been banned from the University at Buffalo. He was identified by several members of the public who recognized his image captured on a security camera.
