Buffalo Police Investigate Attempted Robbery

Buffalo Police are investigating an attempted robbery that occurred off campus at 1:45 a.m. on Aug. 26 at the corner of Main Street and LaSalle Avenue in the city of Buffalo.

The victim stated that she was approached by two unknown black males; one of the males told the victim he had a gun and attempted to rip the victim’s wallet from a chain that was hanging around her neck. The suspects fled the area on foot empty-handed. No weapon was displayed.

The first suspect was described as wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans; the second suspect was described as wearing a white T-shirt and khaki shorts.
